Well, I got my answer: “Thank you for applying to the eBay Partner Network. We regret to inform you that we cannot accept your application at this time.” It seems I forgot to read the fine print. I tried to gain access for a future venture. Little did I know that they wanted websites with a history. My bad [...] I just discovered today that Ebay has an affiliate program and you can build websites around this.
